Educational & Interpretive Opportunities for Anglers of All Ages In 2009 the Conway Ranch Foundation was formed to run various educational, interpretive, and recreational activities on Conway Ranch. The Conway Ranch Foundation hosts lots of great activities for anglers of all ages. You can catch your dinner at the Catch & Keep Pond, where aspiring anglers of any age can fish for Alpers Rainbow Trout for $7.50 per pound. The Trophy Float Tube Pond is the place to catch the Super Alpers Trophy Trout, where float tubes, waders, boots and fins are all included for a three hour session for $75.00. The Challenge Pond is a great place to learn or hone your skills, where there is catch and release fly-fishing for only $25.00 per hour. Experienced anglers will love the Glory Pond for catch and release fly fishing with 1000 feet of shore fishing, for $50.00 per hour. Conway Ranch also offers interpretive tours for those that would simply like to visit and learn about this beautiful and unique ranch. Reservations are required for all fishing activities and tours and can be made by calling (760)-709-6446. We look forward to seeing you at Conway Ranch!
Directions to Conway RanchFrom Mammoth Lakes, go north on Highway 395, turn right on Highway 167 (to Hawthorne) almost immediately on your left of a gravel road, take it and drive two miles, please check in at the office (a small white trailer).
